Quiz Competition (28.2.26)
Economics Association of PCM S.D College for women organised Academic Quiz Competition on 28th February 2026 at 9:40 a.m. in Room No. 13. The event witnessed enthusiastic participation from students of B.A., B.Sc., B.A. B.Ed., and MBEIT. A total of 15 students participated in the competition, forming four teams. The quiz was conducted in five engaging and knowledge-based rounds.
The first round, titled "Buddhi Parikshan", consisted of basic general knowledge questions aimed at testing the intellectual abilities and awareness of the participants. The second round, "Aaj Ki Taza Khabar", focused on current affairs, where students answered questions related to recent national and international events. The third round, "Boojho To Jaane", was a picture identification round in which participants were required to identify personalities, places, or objects displayed through images. The fourth round, "Arthastra Weapon of Economics", assessed students' knowledge of economic concepts, theories, and terminologies. The final round, "Data Ka Dangal", was based on data interpretation, where students analyzed images and answered questions based on the given information. The competition was conducted smoothly in a lively and interactive atmosphere. All the teams participated with great enthusiasm and displayed commendable knowledge and teamwork. The event proved to be highly informative and successful in enhancing students' general awareness, analytical skills, and understanding of economics and current affairs.
