B. Sc. (Economics)

The course provides a sound base for state-of-the-art thinking in the discipline of economics and inculcates in students the aptitude that is required for comprehending concepts and interpretations of consumer and producer behavior, functioning of government, private and foreign sector.
Duration: The course is for three years i.e., six semesters.
Eligibility: Students who have passed 10 + 2 exam of Punjab School Education Board (P.S.E.B.) or any other equivalent exam with minimum of 40 per cent aggregate marks can pursue this under-graduate course comprising of six semesters.
Higher Education: Students can further undertake M.A. (Economics), MBEIT, M.Sc. (I.T.), M.Sc. (C. Sc.), MBA, M.Sc. (Statistics), MCA and various P.G. Diplomas.
